Participants should be open to
trying a variety of exercises that will help them tap into their creativity. If
improvisation is included, workshop participants should wear comfortable
clothes. (Improvisation will not be strenuous, but participants with back or
heart ailments should verify with the instructor the degree of activity required
to complete each improvisation exercise.)
