Before you contract with Paul for consulting services, you can tell him what you want to discuss. A straight-shooter, if Paul feels he is not able to help you, he will say so. If he believes he can point you in the right direction, get you started, help you overcome barriers and impediments to success or simply answer you questions, he will give you an estimate* and you can decide if you want to go forward.
Before you call or email Paul, spend a little time on his blog, listen to some of his podcasts and read about his books on the business of writing and the process of writing.
